Shipping/Returns/Exchanges

Shipping:

We're happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD! All orders will ship with standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS. When your item(s) ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering.

Live Boheme is not responsible for your package after it has shipped. If the tracking says the packaged was delivered and you do not receive it, we can not offer a refund.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of the US.

Returns:

We hope that you love your items, but understand sometimes things just don’t work out. Live Boheme accepts returns on unworn, unwashed clothing with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags attached within 14 days of receipt. If your item(s) do not meet this criteria, your return will be denied.  

Items can be returned using the shipping method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable service.  If you send a return without tracking and we don't receive the item, we will not issue a credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please send an email to livebohemeboutique@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please include your order# and the item(s) you wish to return in your email. You will receive a return form which is to be filled out and included in the package when you ship it back.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s). You will also be notified if your return has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Exchanges:

To exchange a product, we recommend ordering the product you want in the correct size while the inventory is in stock. We are happy to provide a full return for the items that meet our return policy criteria when it is sent back.
